Most products purchased from this site may be returned postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery, for a full refund minus the shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning merchandise. Exceptions will only be made for products which are defective or incorrectly shipped.
Defective or incorrectly shipped products may also be returned postmarked within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned will all pieces originally shipped. Products that are not defective must be returned unopened. ( Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded, any shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error from NevaSaNeva.
